Terms, privacy, prohibited.
Outguide sells advertising on a public rank board for outdoor experience providers. You buy a spot on the list, not a hunt and not a locked slot.
Terms
- Rank is the price left on the listing. Prices drop 10% every 7 days from when you last paid.
- If a drop would put you under $5, you leave the board. Top up before that day to stay.
- Same website URL adds to the price that's left. You pay the difference.
- No rank is guaranteed. Someone else can pay while you are on Stripe.
- We can hide, reject, or refund a listing that breaks these rules.
- Tags are filters taken from the listing. They are not a separate purchase. A new filter shows only after two listings share it.
- You must be 18. You represent that you can legally offer the trips you advertise.
Prohibited
No pornography, escorts, or sexual services. Nothing involving minors. No scams, phishing, or fake outfitters. No poaching, trafficking protected wildlife, or advertising illegal hunts. Off-topic businesses (crypto, SEO, dating, apparel-only) are rejected. Mentions of rifles and harvest in a real guided hunt are allowed — that is the vertical.
Privacy
We store your listing copy, handle, and the email Stripe sends us so we can receipt, refund, and moderate. Payments are processed by Stripe. Moderation may send listing text to an AI provider (OpenRouter). We do not sell your list. We keep a short audit of curator actions.
